1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Yaadie Shipping and Courier Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

We provide freight forwarding, mail consolidation, assisted shopping, and local courier services from the USA and China to Jamaica.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure all shipments are legal, properly declared, and not classified as hazardous or banned by the relevant authorities. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, tracking numbers, invoices, addresses, contact details, and delivery instructions.

4. Warehouse Delivery & Liability

Yaadie Shipping and Courier Services shall not be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address, packages delivered outside operational hours, packages stolen, misplaced, or misdelivered before entering the warehouse, or packages without proof of delivery to the warehouse address.

Recommended delivery instruction: Deliver only Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Do not leave unattended outside of these hours. Some shopping sites allow customers to request a signature upon delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery Delays

Yaadie Shipping and Courier Services shall not be held liable for delays caused by airlines, vessels, U.S. or Jamaican Customs, weather conditions, government inspections, operational disruptions, or incorrect client information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Where applicable, liability is strictly limited to direct loss or damage to a package and is limited to the declared value of the item, subject to verification and these terms.
