1. Shipping Rates & Storage

Rates are subject to change based on global freight costs. Packages not collected within 1 week of notification will incur a $100 JMD daily storage fee.

2. First Pound Free Disclaimer

To be eligible for the first 1 lb free offer, the order must be over 2 lb.

3. Package Abandonment

Packages left for over 30 days without communication may be auctioned to recover freight and customs costs.

4. Delay Disclaimer

Yaadie Shipping and Courier Services shall not be held liable for delays caused by airlines, vessels, U.S. or Jamaican Customs, weather conditions, government inspections, operational disruptions, or incorrect client information.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for freight charges are issued only in cases of proven company negligence resulting in total loss of a package before delivery. Customs duties are non-refundable by our company once paid to the government.
